Admission form for TIGPS Sodepur is available in both online and offline modes.
Offline
- Please visit the school office for collection of the admission form.
- A registration fee is to be paid for the admission form and prospectus
- A date of interaction with the executive counselor would be informed to the guardian through the registered mobile number of email ID.
- A registration fee is to be paid on the day of interaction with our executive counselor.
- The form needs to be filled up manually and submitted to school before the last date.
Online
- Please visit the official website www.tigps.in for the online admission form.
- Upon successful completion of the registration process, our executive counselor will out to you on the registered mobile number.
- A registration fee is to be paid on the day of interaction with our executive counselor.
- At the end of the registration process, students will be assigned with a unique Application ID.
- For any future correspondence, please utilize the online user ID
- Mere allotment of a user ID to an applicant will not ensure admission.
Following documents need to be presented on the day of the interaction/observation by candidates opting online mode of registration
- Birth Certificate attested by any Gazetted Officer from Kolkata Municipal Corporation/ Municipality/ Registrar. Affidavits or photocopy of the attested birth certificate is unacceptable.
- Photocopy of the Report Card of the candidate from the school last attended for Class I to IX and XI. Exception for new applicants of Play Group, Nursery, and KG.
- A stamp-size photograph of the candidate.
Admission will be granted based on merit of the child and the results of the Entrance Examination. The date of the entrance examination and admission results will be announced in advance. The decision of the school regarding admission will be final.
Final list of selected candidates for each class will be available on the School Notice Board and on the official school website.
Final admission formalities:
Following documents need to be presented during the time of admission
- A properly completed admission form with signature from both the parents
- Payment receipt of the admission fees
- Original birth certificate for verification
- Four coloured passport size photographs of the student and one each for both the parents (size 3.5cm X 2.5cm)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school last attended (not applicable for Play Group to class I).
- Transfer Certificate counter signed by the District Education Officer/ Regional Office ( For outstation students of class VIII onwards).
Refund of Fees:
- Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.
- The security deposit might be refundable under condition that a written intimation is provided to the school authority within the stipulated time period (30 days from the date of admission and prior to commencement of normal classes). Only students admitted with all relevant documents will be eligible for a refund of the security deposit only.
- However, no security deposit would be refunded to students withdrawing his or her admission fee without submitting a written intimation to the school authority within the stipulated time period, mentioned above/
- No outstanding dues to the school will be adjusted against the security deposit.
Withdrawal policy: Students applying for a Transfer Certificate halfway through the academic term would be liable to fee payment for the entire academic year.
